“PARAÍSO NATURAL NAS ÁGUAS”: O Nível de Satisfação dos Consumidores em Relação aos Passeios de Barco à Picãozinho

Os passeios de barco a Picãozinho tiveram origem durante a década de 80, objetivava o lazer das famílias dos pescadores durante finais de semana e feriados. Começou a se difundir após a descoberta do destino como forma de lazer, de forma que, o destino passou a ser comercializado diante a comunidade local e os turistas, o que ocorre até os dias de hoje. O presente artigo teve como objetivo identificar o nível de satisfação dos consumidores em relação aos passeios de barco à Picãozinho. Para isto, realizou-se uma pesquisa quantitativa fazendo uso do método survey, com a aplicação de um questionário, obtendo um total de 131 respondentes. Dentre as principais constatações do estudo, observou-se que a principal motivação que os consumidores possuem para realizar o passeio de barco consiste na experiência em poder conhecer os recifes de corais. Além disso, a maioria dos respondentes apresentou uma elevada satisfação no que se refere à qualidade do passeio.
