O USO DE APLICATIVOS EM DISPOSITIVOS MÓVEIS COMO FERRAMENTAS PARA O ENSINO DE PRÁTICAS GASTRONÔMICAS: UMA PROPOSTA DE DINÂMICA NO PROCESSO DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM DA GASTRONOMIA

Abstract

A formação profissional em gastronomia demanda hoje profissionais capacitados a atuarem nos diversos equipamentos do turismo. Ao mesmo tempo, a constante modernização da sociedade atual, pautada no desenvolvimento tecnológico com foco na mobilidade, faz urgência na construção de projetos de ensino adequados a esse momento. Com isso, o presente artigo propõe a adoção do mobile learning (m-Learning) no ensino de práticas gastronômicas como ferramenta para melhorar a qualidade do ensino, uma vez que a avaliação no formato tradicional é falha e as características das aulas práticas requerem tal recurso. Através da revisão bibliográfica e pesquisa estatística aplicada a alunos de curso de gastronomia, foi possível concluir que o momento em que vivemos é propicio para a adoção dessa didática e para isso foi apresentada uma proposta.
