SUBJECTIVITY AND PROFESSIONAL CHOICES
Keywords:
Subjectivity, Autonomy, Professional Choices.Abstract
This article seeks to conceptualize, in preliminary form, subjectivity as a notion evoked by the object of study of professional choices, given that the theories on the theme adopt varying concepts of individual and society, which raises the issue of autonomy of the subject. The bibliographic research is based on the texts of Bock (1987), Ferretti (1988), Araujo (1998), Martins (2004) and Seve (1989). The study demonstrates the importance of investigation on the theme, as a resource for discussions on the issue of autonomy and freedom of the individual, and leads to the conclusion that there is a real possibility of autonomy of the individual, faced with the real and theoretical context; it is presented as circumscribed, but with possibilities for expansion, related to the awareness of the individual on his conditioning factors, and widening of the personal senses to include the motives behind his needs.Downloads
