LIBERTARIAN PEDAGOGY: Anarchistic educational thinking
Keywords:
Anarchism, Education, Libertarian pedagogyAbstract
The study of the Libertarian Pedagogy, as used by anarchists, has been neglected by some Licenciate courses in history of education classes. This article offers some principles of this pedagogical ideal, at the end of the 19h Century and start of the 20th Century, and discourses on two of its key educators; Paul Robin and Francisco Ferrer y Guardia, in order to demonstrate that this pedagogical ideal is still up-to-date and present in other pedagogical streams of thought which do not always follow it.Downloads
