STRATEGIC ALLIANCES: PRESUPPOSITIONS AND TRENDS

The processes of alliance, merger or incorporation are studied, in order to support the strategy of attempting to master environmental uncertainty and make it work on behalf of the organization, through organizational modeling. In terms of the methodology used, it is a theoretical lato study, and in terms of the technical procedures used, a bibliograhic review. It consists of showing the use of the structure resulting from the formation of strategic alliances, as a tool for helping to increase competitive advantage and achieve the other strategic objectives of the organization. It concludes that the competitive process requires a search for collaborative solutions between competitors, through mechanisms of strategic alliances, transposing the company's individuality and achieving a strategic planning that is broader, for the benefit all those involved.Downloads
