Keywords:

It is commonly asserted that we live in a society that is infl uenced by technologies, and in particular, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). However, these technologies, which have impacted society and its culture in the last two decades, are still being not properly addressed in schools, or in the area of teachers’ education. This article is an initial refl ection on the issue of ICT in teachers’ education, as part of a wider study carried out for the Postgraduate Program in Education of the Universidade Tiradentes, which analyzed, based on a literature review, the curricular contents of the licentiate degrees of the Universidade Estadual de Feira de Santa (UEFS) in order to identify elements related to the use of ICT in schools.Downloads
