Abstract

This article aims to provide the rudiments of the main paradigmatic axes used in Brazilian research in education, specifically in terms of their methodological implications. The tone adopted was purposely didactic, because it is still necessary to circumscribe the epistemological discourse to the level of knowledge pertaining to the wealth of resources in Pedagogy and Licentiate degree.

Graduado em Comunicação Social pela UCSal. Graduando em Pedagogia pela FAZAG. Especialista em Metodologia e Didática do Ensino Superior (UCSal) e em Novas Tecnologias da Educação (ESAB). Mestre em Ciências da Educação (USC). Doutorando em Ciências da Educação (USC). Lecionando nas seguintes instituições: Universidade Católica do Salvador, como professor efetivo. Faculdade Batista Brasileira, como professor convidado. Faculdade Zacarias de Góes, como professor convidado. Faculdade de Ciências da Bahia, como professor convidado.
