Lideranças e autonomia: impactos na mudança das práticas curriculares

Abstract

Partindo da idéia de que a liderança e a autonomia curricular se assumem como pressupostos imprescindíveis no desenvolvimento de novas dinâmicas escolares, pretendemos, ao longo deste texto, reflectir sobre o papel dos professores em todo esse processo e evidenciar alguns constrangimentos que têm dificultado a sua operacionalização.
