PSYCHOLOGY AND (IN) CONTEXTS OF FORMAL SCHOOLING: practices of domination and (re)invention of life
Keywords:
Psychology and Education, School psychology, Psi practices, Ethical and aesthetic relationships.Abstract
The objective of this eminently theoretical work is to demarcate the need for the production of psi practices that empower life, committed to the creation of new forms of singular and collective existence in educational contexts. It starts with reflections on the way in which relationships between Psychology and Education have been historically constructed in Brazil, highlighting the criticism of the interfaces which mask the historical conditions that (re)produce social relationships of domination/ submission and their various forms of discrimination and violence. In contraposition, it defends the need for aesthetic and ethical relationships, since these are characterized by experimentation and constitution of mutually constitutive social relationships, which focus on sensibility and embracing the diversity that characterizes the human condition.Downloads
