This paper discusses the possibility of different investigative training processes based on the experiences lived and shared with a study and research group comprised of basic education and university teachers. The principles underlying this work are: solidarity, horizontality, otherness, equality and inclusion. In the discussion, experience, i.e. everyday practice, is understood as a source of philosophical experience and, as such, important to the process of teacher training.Downloads
